Shipping

Where do you ship from?
All NOVU orders ship from EU warehouses. Delivery to Netherlands, Belgium, UK, and most of Europe takes 3–7 business days.

Is shipping free?
Yes — free shipping on all orders over €50. Orders under €50 have a flat €3.95 shipping fee.

How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. You can also visit our Track Your Order page.

Returns

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in original packaging. Contact us at support@novustore.com to start a return.

How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return.

Products

Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes. All NOVU products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to help. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Is checkout secure?
Yes. All transactions are encrypted with SSL. We never store your card details.
